Celebrating 15 years as a licensed massage therapist, Joy Olsen continues on at A Touch of Lite Theraputic Body Work, providing seasoned services for all her clients. Specifically, she educates clients on wellness and their relationship to massage, emphasizes the importance of stretching and ranging their motion exercises, and performs repetitive use injury therapy. She also practices pressure point therapy, energy work, Reiki, and practicing muscle release techniques. In 2008, Ms. Olsen earned the Sterling Club Award and the Leadership Conference Award.

Ms. Olsen hopes to one day extend her services to exotic animals. As a woman in today’s world, Joy listens to her clients needs then works her magical hands. The advice she would give the younger generation of women is to follow their dreams, and do what you love to do. There isn’t any specific organizations that has helped her, but Ms. Olsen does continue to do workshops and continuing her education on great techniques.
