Having been passionate about fitness and health for nearly three decades, Judith Langmuir continues in her eighth year as an independent executive business trainer, cleansing coach, and certified advanced practitioner in sensorimotor psychotherapy. Throughout her work-week, she oversees sales, marketing, client relations, training, development, finance and customer service and helps individuals achieve balance and take notice of unhealthy patterns. In five years, Ms. Langmuir hopes to attain financial freedom, which would allow her to give back through philanthropic means.

Initially, Ms. Langmuir became involved in her profession because she has always been interested in fitness and health. Now, she credits the way she makes her clients shine and find themselves, physically, emotionally and financially to her professional and personal happiness. The advice she would give to others is to network and know that there is no glass ceiling. During her free-time, Ms. Langmuir never stops her self-sacrifice, as she supports World Vision International, Isagenix, and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
