Donna Bonet became involved in project management because she is a natural born leader. Having noticed this ability at a young age, she evolved into a budding professional, and now 22 years into her career, she serves as branch vice president at Bank of America. For the past five years, Ms. Bonet has grown her expertise in project and change management, and organizational behavior and cultural change management. Specifically, she works in the project management office as a portfolio manager, and is the lead for the PMO.

While also serving Bank of American, Ms. Bonet has also been chief executive officer of First Coast Consulting & Contracting Pros, a consulting firm that provides and education on project management software and technology in Orange Park, Fla. There, she grows the business, ensures the projects are done correctly, mentors, and develops a budget, forecast, and network of contractors. She is also an adjunct professor in three colleges, teaching project management, and has published a fiction book titled ‘Blood Matters’ and can be found on Amazon. Ms. Bonet believes her success stems from hard work and determination.

Ms. Bonet received a master’s degree in management and leadership with a concentration in organizational behavior from Webster University, a Bachelor of Science in adult education, training and development from Southern Illinois University, and is PMP Certified. During her free-time, she supports the Quigley House family practice. In five years, Ms. Bonet expects continued growth in her field and to be a recognized published author. She would like to obtain her doctorate.
