Wielding 22 years of change management experience, Trine Berntsen celebrates her first year as managing director of the aviation services provider, Aviator Airport Alliance AS. There, she helps them provide support services for airports, finding flexible and cost effective solutions to meet highly varied needs. They heavily rely on her ability to facilitate change management, leadership and program coordination of ground handling, facility management, restaurant services, food and catering, staff restaurants, and patient hotels. Specifically, Ms. Berntsen oversees all changes and adjustments in the company system within the areas of human resources, operations and financials.
Ms. Berntsen attributes he success to the fact that she is flexible, yet structured enough to deliver results to large organizations that are constantly changing. Initially, she became involved in her profession because she spent 14 years in an airport restaurant and she really liked the challenges. She keeps abreast of changes in her profession through her memberships with the Facilities Management Group and the Aviation Network. In the next five years, Ms. Berntsen would like to run the company she is presently working for and see the company be a winning firm.
