Honing in on 12 years of refined global trade compliance experience, Kendra Cook continues as owner of C2 International LLC, a professional services business consulting firm. There, she provides multi-disciplinary solutions to meet a wide variety of international business needs and compliance requirements for small and medium-sized enterprises. Specifically, she provides consulting services to help ensure companies maintain compliance with global trade laws and regulations as they expand internationally, including: business development and growth potential identification, negotiation and closing of business deals; global trade compliance support such as understanding and complying with Sanctions Programs, Anti-Boycott Regulations, Anti-Corruption Regulations, etc.; corporate compliance support such as avoiding Organizational/Personal Conflict of Interest (OCI/PCI); and export compliance support to help successfully navigate U.S. export control regulations.

Ms. Cook attributes her success to her parents who were both small business owners, which provided her with an understanding of the challenges and the rewards of owning a small business. Also, she served seven years in the U.S. Air Force and has worked as an engineer and compliance professional for the past 12 years. Ms. Cook has an M.S. in Computer Engineering and an M.S. in Astronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
