Faith Wollner has eight years of experience in holistic health and at her current position at Welcome Om, a holistic health and yoga company. Ms. Wollner received a number of certifications and training in order to be an expert in yoga and holistic health. She is a certified level 1, 2 and 3 Reiki Master, making her an expert at the Japanese technique for stress reduction. She started yoga teacher training at the Santosha Center for Health in 2010 and became a certified instructor the following year. She became certified in senior adult yoga in 2011, as well. In addition, she received certification in Kripalu teaching and as a Silver Sneakers Flex Instructor. Always looking to advance her education, she is also pursuing a master’s degree in metaphysical science certification.
