Driven by her interest in health, wellness, and helping people, Kathi B. Duffy has built a flourishing career at IDLife. She first heard of the company in her doctor’s office, and after doing her due diligence and researching the health organization, she decided to get involved. Ms. Duffy likes the fact that each individual gets a customized wellness plan after filling out a questionnaire, and she truly believes in the products offered. It has become her passion to reach as many people as she can; she cares about others, and helping them brings her great joy.

Prior to joining IDLife, Ms. Duffy had a career in the travel industry and as a professional organizer. She stepped back from her roles to care for her mother and father, however, and it was 14 years before she reentered the workforce. Ms. Duffy attributes her success to her passion, as well as her strong communication and people skills. She hopes to be remembered for her compassion, integrity, and good work ethics. In her spare time, Ms. Duffy is currently learning how to speak Spanish, and enjoys traveling and pampering herself. She also supports Doctors Without Borders and ASPCA, and was involved in a seminar through which she helped immigrants coming into the U.S. by providing information and resources. Further, Ms. Duffy is a member of the National Association of the Self-Employed and The International Women’s Leadership Association. If she could offer some advice to the younger generations, it would be to explore a variety of options and step out of their comfort zones.
