With 16 years of experience under her belt, including 14 as a registered nurse with Wellstar Health System, Judith Alce feels that treating her patients as she would want to be treated has contributed to her success. In her role with the largest health system in Georgia, she deals with progressive neuro-diagnostics and surgical interventions, and thinks of her patients as family. Ms. Alce loves to help people, and works well with others and under stress.

As a woman in today’s world, Ms. Alce would advise the younger generations entering the workforce that it is important to be compassionate and have a heart for nursing. She feels it isn’t fair to the patients otherwise. In recognition of her achievements, Ms. Alce is an honored member of The International Women’s Leadership Association. Looking forward, she would like to spend more time with her family, and hopes to be remembered as a happy person. When Ms. Alce isn’t working, she enjoys singing in church.
