Ms. Percy enjoys her career with State Farm, as it allows her the flexibility to raise her children and the opportunity to do what she loves.

The biggest challenges Ms. Percy faces is recruiting, continuously training her team members, and the instances when policy holders want unethical things stated in their claims. She feels that educating her clients has contributed to her success, however, and aspires to be the best State Farm agent she can be. Ms. Percy would also like to expand her selling to mutual funds someday. She is inspired by her children, who are her priority, her father, who was also a State Farm agent, and by her desire to be profitable. As a testament to her achievements, she was honored as a Silver Scroll Agent. Ms. Percy prepared for her career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in business from Michigan State University. She is currently a member of the Michigan State Alumni Association, The International Women’s Leadership Association, and the Junior League of Birmingham.
