Her practice incorporates a variety of proven massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, neuromuscular, sport, active isolated stretching, manual lymphatic drainage, and pre and postnatal. Ms. Sherman and her team of highly-qualified masseuses are available both in-studio and offsite, at places like corporate offices and private events.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Sherman became a certified pregnancy massage therapist and a certified MELT method instructor. She also holds a certification in neuromuscular therapy. Ms. Sherman is a member of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce and the American Massage Therapy Association. Looking forward, she intends to build her team of therapists and educate as many people as possible on pain release. Ms. Sherman also hopes to become involved with five more companies.
