Lori Rosell has owned Rosell & Associates Inc. since 1990, and under her leadership, it has continued to grow and thrive. The consultancy helps other business with civil engineering projects and, as of recently, land surveying. As the president and CEO, she is responsible for all of the financial operations and reporting, personnel management, and operational efficiency. Ms. Rosell also manages all aspects of contracting, payroll, benefits, and entitlements, and provides authoritative advice and guidance to staff and clients on the organization’s benefits and policies, and solves difficult corporate challenges. Additionally, she establishes policies and procedures to enhance profitability.

The biggest challenge Ms. Rosell faced was obtaining the certifications needed for her business. With perseverance and determination, however, she accomplished her goal and earned a WOB certification. Ms. Rosell also holds a Bachelor of Science in information systems management from the University of San Francisco. She hopes to continue to grow the business and gain more contacts; she is inspired by new things. Ms. Rosell would like to be remembered as someone who helped others.
