They offer top-quality diabetes supplies, as well as insulin pumps and sleep apnea, ostomy and urology products. Ms. LeFrancois’ strengths lie in designing and implementing compliance and privacy programs, and nurturing internal communications by displaying successful outcomes while reporting to various organizational leaders. She is also skilled at team building, strategic planning, and budgeting.

The greatest challenge Ms. LeFrancois faces along the way is having a voice in a world of suits. She has spent a number of years working with colleagues in a corporate setting, and no matter how hard they try, it is still a man’s world. As a woman, Ms. LeFrancois feels that her persistence has contributed to her success. She is currently a member of The International Women’s Leadership Association.

To prepare for her career, Ms. LeFrancois earned an associate degree from Southern New Hampshire University, where she graduated with honors, and became certified in health care compliance. She is currently in school for accounting, and her goal is to combine her passions for health care, finance and compliance together. Ms. LeFrancois also wants to find unethical and fraudulent providers and put a stop to them. She hopes to be remembered for her work ethic and integrity.
