After spending 14 years as a process leader at Heartland Health, Kelley Stuck became the vice president of benefit consulting at Aon Consulting, and then the associate vice president of human resources at the University of Missouri System. She is now serving as the vice president of human resources at the university, and is proud of the great team she has built. Ms. Stuck has always encouraged her staff to be the best they can be, and she takes pride in the people who have progressed. At the moment, the University of Missouri System is undergoing a lot of changes and challenges, and she wants to help the organization stabilize and get back on track. Ms. Stuck hopes to work toward reestablishing a positive attitude from the students and staff during this transition time.

The biggest challenge Ms. Stuck faced was balancing her personal life with her professional life. She was inspired to grow and be successful and content with her life by Lowell Kruse, who was a supportive and wonderful mentor. Ms. Stuck prepared for her career by earning a Master of Science in administration with a concentration in human resources from Central Michigan University in 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts in marketing communications from Truman State University in 1982. She is a member of SHRM, CUPA-HR, and The International Women’s League of America. When Ms. Stuck has some spare time, she enjoys biking, reading, and spending time with her family and new grandson.
