Professionally, Ms. Richards works as a strategic consultant for Humana, which is a leader in the health and wellness industry. She has been with the health insurance company for more than 25 years, although she has only held her current position for three years. Prior to her work with Humana, Ms. Richards served in the Army, and was a SSGT (after reserves). During this time, she was honored with a Good Conduct Medal.
