Currently, Kimberly heads up All-Star Executive Coaching (WBENC), located in Orange County, Calif. She has served as the lead executive, career and transition coach for nearly a decade now, and enjoys working with clients to help them grow — to watch the best versions of themselves develop and emerge in order to make the most meaningful
professional impacts on their chosen fields, and in their personal lives. Through her
coaching firm, Kimberly also acts as a keynote speaker on topics, including “Leading from BIG,” “All-Star Leadership,” and “NetPLAYing – Taking the Work Out of Networking.” She is a professional member of the National Speaker Association and has been nominated by
the Orange County Business Journal for Women in Business. Also a published author, Kimberly penned “Who Are You When You Are BIG?”
Kimberly lends her expertise to Women Unlimted, Inc. as a speaker and subject matter expert, and to Boot Camp for Executives in Transition as an executive coach, facilitator, career transition coach, professional speaker and facilitator. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in commerce and accounting from Rider University, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute. She is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming through The American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kimberly contributes to various volunteer efforts. She is actively involved with the National MS Society, through which she established a bike team 15 years ago. To date, the team has managed to raise more than $750,000. Kimberly is also on the board of trustees and is a audit committee member for the National MS Society. Further, she is a proud supporter of the Orange County American Heart Association, the Orange County United Way and the Orange County Museum of Art.
