Patricia Bialek’s career began in college, when she started working in the real estate sector part time. After a natural progression of opportunities, Ms. Bialek now has more than 35 years of experience in 28 states and 38 markets. In her current role as the vice president of property management for FirstService Residential, she oversees the day-to-day management operations of the company and handles customer service, talent management, strategic leadership and financial management. Ms. Bialek considers her greatest strength to be mentoring the younger generation to get them to where they want to be.

In preparation for her career, Ms. Bialek earned a degree from Indiana University and numerous industry certifications. She is most proud of her PCAM certification, however. Looking forward, Ms. Bialek intends to continue to grow personally and professionally, and see to the success of the business. As a testament to her success, she earned the Property Manager of the Year Award from the state of Illinois in 2015. Ms. Bialek is affiliated with the Community Associations Institute, ACTHA, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the Chicago Bar Association.
