Coming from a family of successful business people, Chantel Moses felt driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. She developed her leadership skills while working a full-time job on Wall Street, where she gained professional endurance. Following that, Ms. Moses started her real estate business, Brooklyn Prop LLC, and although getting everyone on board with her vision was challenging, she was able to overcome it to establish success in the industry.

In preparation for her work in the world of investments and real estate, Ms. Moses earned an MBA in management, a Bachelor of Arts in finance, and a real estate license. Looking forward, she would like to continue to build her company while staying on top of business strategies and investing in the market. If Ms. Moses could offer some advice to the younger generation of women entering the workforce, it would be to understand that there will be failures on the path to success, but it is important to embrace and learn from them. She also believes in the importance of mentors, as they have helped her head in the right direction.

Ms. Moses would like to be remembered for staying true to herself, always giving back to others, and helping people grow. Among her strengths is her ability to embrace and relate to everyone, as well as her ambitious, opportunity-seeking nature. This helps Ms. Moses develop trust and confidence with her clients.

When Ms. Moses isn’t working, she is either writing, watching and attending NBA games, or keeping up with the stock market. Additionally, she participates in Management Leaders of Tomorrow and Urban Community. Ms. Moses is proud of her ability to balance her work with raising three kids.
