Primarily working with foreclosures, she has spent the past 10 years builder her name as one of the realty go-to people because she moves efficiently past the red tape.  Ms. Riley is one who takes challenges head-on and accepts the responsibility in helping the buyer and seller cooperate smoothly and ethically.

Currently, Ms. Riley’s professional goal is to have 50 to 125 listings in February. She would also like to open up opportunities in Florida, where she has found many foreclosures. She says, “That is my forte. I know how to get around the banks.” Ms. Riley has built a reputation within the regional district with her natural integrity and compassionate generosity.

As one who enjoys mentoring other women for this field, Ms. Riley inspires herself and others through her support for Big Brothers, Big Sisters. Outside of her professional endeavors’, she is a state representative for USRP, handling the ledger of legal publications.
