Prior to her current 15^th year of entrepreneurship, Kelly Gleadall Beach was exposed to 10 years of behavioral health care consulting experience. Now, as a 25-year operations management expert, she oversees her behavioral health care consultancy to ensure each client is well taken care of and provided exactly what they need. Throughout her work-week, Ms. Beach overseeing mental health assessments, supervises LMFT Interns, coordinates with Medicaid and foster care agencies, and organizes behavioral health care with Medicaid to ensure that children receive the appropriate support.

Ms. Gleadall Beach provides monthly supervision to foster care agencies. She also educates members of a child’s treatment team with other organizations. She attributes her success to her hard work, perseverance, patience and faith in others. In five years, Ms. Gleadall Beach hopes to continue assisting children and adults with their behavioral health care needs.
