Ms. LaDuca’s greatest accomplishment to date is moving an entire department from NYC to Buffalo, while she worked for Citibank. The one aspect of her working condition she would most like to change is that there would be greater opportunities for women in the industry, as it is her vision to continue acquiring greater responsibilities and move up the corporate ladder. During her free-time, she supports The United Way and The Second Harvest Food Bank, and relaxes while boating.
