Lynne Stover-Jobe received a college degree in deaf and hard of hearing. She became involved in her profession because she suffers from her own hearing loss. Throughout 35 years of garnered experience, Ms. Stover-Jobe provides her 20th year as an intervention specialist at Cincinnati Public Schools.
The advice Ms. Stover-Jobe can give to the younger generation of women entering the workforce is, “To persevere and stand your ground, you are not always wrong. If you are entering education, remember to be kind, loving and passionate to the children. They are innocent.”
As a woman in today’s world, Ms. Stover-Jobe feels that her family and being involved in her church has contributed to her success. She is a big supporter there working with children at the First Church of Christ.
