Kathy Jones is inspired to continue the work she is doing in the area of coaching, training, online educational classes and more, because it was a chiropractic doctor who saved her daughter’s life when she was age nine. She was told her daughter had brain damage, but she was compelled, as a last resort, to take her to a chiropractic doctor and she is healthy, graduated from high school and college with honors. Initially, Ms. Jones did not believe in the medical aspects of chiropractic, but her husband introduced her to a gentleman, who was a chiropractic doctor and he totally changed her mind.

The biggest challenge Ms. Jones has had overcome is how the doctors view and value her leadership role as an C.A.  There are different tiers of C.A.s and she has found her greatest strength has been coaching, training and assisting other C.A.s, who now call her because they don’t know which way to go. One aspect of her working condition is to train and coach the C.A.’s up to a level where doctor’s cannot run office without them. Ms. Jones’ professional goals include putting a lot of continuing education training online per on demand for doctor’s; doctor’s will be able to purchase hours online.
