Through the inspiration of her mother and business partner, Peggy Nairn continues as chief operating officer at Penny & Peggy Nairn 24 Hour Childcare, Inc., providing educational management. Drawing upon her faith and passion to keep others focused, she provides her students with deep knowledge that she bestows upon them by creating positive relationships with them. Ms. Nairn is also driven to helps support and develop her surrounding community, and the company helps fulfill her dream to build upon the neighborhood’s development.

Ms. Nairn’s biggest challenge has been being able to find the right employees that fit her business to meet the community needs. She is currently in school earning an MBA in international business, having already received a degree in early childhood education, and credentialed in psychology. Ms. Nairn is the oldest of 6 children, and she and her mother became partners. They have 2 child care centers, preschool and after-school care.

Throughout her life-line, Ms. Nairn considers her three daughters her greatest accomplishment. She supports her community outside of Penny & Peggy Nairn 24 Hour Childcare, Inc. by supporting St. Jude’s Children Hospital and the Child Care Resource Center. During her free-time, Ms. Nairn enjoys zip line and going to school. She also has her student pilot’s license.
