Celebrating her 14^th year at Armstrong & Quaile Associates Inc., Heather Phillips currently serves as vice president of the insurance agency, wielding a garnered 16 years in compliance expertise. Throughout her work-week, she provides insurance and financial service, monitoring clients’ transactions and information, while preforming administrative duties. In five years, Ms. Phillips hopes to educate 250,000 Canadians about retirement planning.

Initially, Ms. Phillips became involved in my profession through the influence of her father and knowledge of logistics, while attributing her success to her tenacity, vision and persistence. As well, having earned a bachelor’s degree from Lakehead University in 1991 has also helped her develop a deeply professional responsibility and respect for her career. During her free-time, Ms. Phillips volunteers with Pride Stables and the YMCA.
