Skilled at wearing multiple hats, Judith Budd celebrates a varied eight-year career working for Greater Wilmington Business Journal and two years as an associate publisher for the company. Experienced in all aspects of business, her career background includes owning her own company and working in promotion and sales, which led to her current publishing position. Ms. Budd has proven herself adaptable in a work environment and loves bringing her skills to the field, knowing that a positive attitude toward work inspires success.

In order to prepare for her career, Ms. Budd studied business success management at Pepperdine University. She prides herself on breaking the glass ceiling, as well as her enthusiastic customer service. In the long-term, she hopes to continue in her current position while exploring entrepreneurship by putting a child safety product on the market. Ms. Budd is on the board for United Way of North Carolina, the Cape Fear Community College foundation, and numerous other foundations and organizations. Interested in reaching out to others, she also supports the missions of the American Heart Association and the Alzheimer’s Association. In her free time, Ms. Budd enjoys golfing and dogs.
