Drawing upon significant field experience and lifelong ambition, Kimberly Mulvaney celebrates five years as senior manager for Johnson and Johnson, wielding 20 years within the field of information technology. Able to acquire and cultivate good talent, Ms. Mulvaney considers getting to her current position to be her greatest achievement thus far. As a company, Johnson and Johnson is devoted to improving the quality of life of its customers, and Ms. Mulvaney assists this mission through her expertise in managing process teams and implementing  warehouse and distribution solutions. She continually hopes to pave the way for process improvements in the industry, making things simpler and easier in her profession and putting her company at an advantage.

Ms. Mulvaney supported her occupational aspirations by earning a Master of Business Administration in marketing from de Sales University, following a bachelor’s degree in management. Initially interested in music, she changed professional gears when she got a mail room job with Johnson and Johnson. She worked her way up in the company, spending 30 years in the information technology department and ultimately reaching her current position. Though she could retire, Ms. Mulvaney insists on first overseeing further company improvements, and is currently developing a road map for a new consolidated organization.

In the long term, Ms. Mulvaney hopes to build an organization she can potentially lead at a higher level. She hopes to be remembered as being able to have fun while still effectively getting the job done in her professional endeavors. A people-person committed to seeing others succeed, she supports others both at work and in her support of the New Jersey food bank, Elijah’s Promise and Jersey Cares. In her free time, Ms . Mulvaney enjoys playing music and singing.
