Owner and broker of RE/MAX House of Dreams, Patty Farr chose her career path in realty after begin with TWA for 20 years. The opportunity presented itself to get involved in real estate and so it was a very natural progression for her as she obtained all the licenses and certifications, and an intrical member to the neighborhood. Currently, Ms. Farr’s professional goals are to train 10 new agents, finish writing her book and continue to be successful personally and professionally.

Ms. Farr’s greatest accomplishment to date is that she owns two franchises and has been a large part of the community; being a key player in promoting major fund raisers and events to support Platte and Clay Counties has boosted her status as a key community member within the neighborhood. Her greatest strength is that she enjoys people, understand them, communicate well and have the mindset needed for each client as they all have different needs. Ms. Farr’s inspiration came from growing up poor and that she had to raise her children by herself.

Ms. Farr is involved with local community events, schools, sports teams, and sponsors the Platte County Fair, and is also a supporter of various breast cancer research fundraisers. During her free-time, she enjoys being with her children and grandchildren, mother, and friends. Ms. Farr also enjoys traveling and helping and giving to others.
