Beginning her career path as an engineer, wielding a degree in mathematics, Juliana Dunlap continued her professional endeavors into various, increasing executive roles at Lockheed Martin throughout 33 years. Having overcome the male dominated culture of the industry, she prevails as an industry leader by drawing upon her seasoned program management and strategic planning abilities. Ms. Dunlap’s current professional goal is to either open her own consulting business or move into an executive position in a different industry.

The one aspect of Ms. Dunlap’s working condition she would most like to change is the acquisition strategy that currently exists and how they leverage partners. Her greatest accomplishment to date was building and developing  a successful new location in Australia, drawing upon her inspiration for the people that work for her, as they are loyal and always deliver what the customer needs. Ms. Dunlap would like to be remembered for being an effective and respected leader.
