Initially, Christine Brezina became involved in her profession because she fell into information technology as a programmer for Air Canada, developing accounting systems for a travel agency. She found that she has a strong aptitude for finance and designing coding within the 27 years, drawing upon her expert team leadership as the current director of IBM Canada Ltd. In five years, Ms. Brezina hopes to make a difference for a company that appreciates her creativity.

Attributing her success to her personality, creativity and intelligence, Ms. Brezina manages one of IBM’s largest information technology outsourcing contracts in Canada. Throughout her work-week, she manages a large team of sales, solutions, administrative and delivery staff; Resolving or negotiating complex contract situations and service performance issues, including the delivery of entire contracts, and overseeing architecture and solution designs for the second largest outsourcing contract in Canada in the telecommunication sector. Ms. Brezina also executes an alignment strategy across the customer teams, which received strong customer endorsement and positive feedback.
