Having received a mathematics and computer science degree from the Norway University of Science and Technology, Lee Jensen continues as Exam Delivery and Support Manager for Red Hat, Inc. There, her professional goal is to keep improving the program, making it better, and to have a large portfolio of accomplishments, as if being one of the pioneers of the Linux System isn’t enough. However, Ms. Jensen relies on her integrity, hard work and luck to remain successful in the industry, and never being afraid to say, “Yes!”

Ms. Jensen left her home country to move to England for her position at Red Hat, Inc., and has found herself growing there, fruitfully. Initially, she made the move because of her deep experience with the Linux System, and she trained the examiners and liaison for the information technology certification program. Ms. Jensen’s greatest accomplishment is in management and the value she places on her team to make the certification program one of the world’s leader in the information technology field.

Seeing challenges as opportunities is Ms. Jensen’s greatest strength as a creative problem solver, as she inspired by learning. She would like to be remembered as a person who made an impact on other peoples’ lives and shared that learning experience to learn new things. She also keeps abreast of changes in her profession through her memberships with the IEEE and National Association of Professional Women. During her free-time, Ms. Jensen supports the ASPCA, Kidder Heart and the Underground Railroad Rescue Kitty Network.
