Celebrating her first year as system director of performance excellence, Diane DiFiore continues to garner 34 years of health care information technology services at Beaumont Health System. Her inspiration draws from her patients and their families that come to her every day, keeping them in the center of her care. Ms. DiFiore chose this career path at an early age, as she has always wanted to help people and impact their lives.

Ms. DiFiore has been in nursing for 35 years and specialize in the emergency medicine. She began her career upon earning a Bachelor of Nursing, and has since earned a Master of Healthcare Administration. Her greatest strengths are collaboration and learning, leading up to her grandest accomplishment, she was her last role in the Emergency Department. Ms. DiDiore’s professional goal is to continue to learn, grow professionally, obtain Professional Certifications and to be published.
