Within the past 22 years, Gayle Allen has taken her retail home furnishing company to great heights as owner of two mom and pop stores in Virginia, and one in West Virginia. Through providing outstanding customer service and great products at reasonable prices, she hones in on 32 garnered years of customer services to put in long hours and hard work for Allen’s Furniture to be a success. In five years, Ms. Allen hopes to experience continued growth.

Initially, Ms. Allen became involved in her profession because she always wanted to become an interior designer. Now, she manages the overall daily operations, oversees all the company bookkeeping, handles the purchasing of products, manages the sales floor, and ensures the customer service departments are running in fluid operation. She is separated from her peers by her excellent customer service and knowledge of her customers.

For more than 50 years, Allen’s Furniture has been kept as a family owned business. Now in their second generation of ownership, they pride themselves on value prices while selling brand-name furniture. Through Ms. Allen’s guidance, they offer outstanding customer services and feel privileged to share the deals they get on products to people within their local community.
