Attributing her success to dedicated hard work and having supportive people around her, Fran Allen-Leake is honored to have been the owner of LJect Productions for 34 years. As an entertainment and music production company, LJet Productions relies on her expertise in music and vocal entertainment and tour management. In five years, Ms. Allen-Leake hopes to take on larger projects and watch her company grow.

Ms. Allen-Leake became involved in her profession after realizing that nursing was not the career for her. Two years after changing paths, she established her own company in producing live and recorded music, and hosting events and showcases. Since becoming an entrepreneur, she has earned outstanding woman of the year and the Fred Hampton Image Award. During her free-time, Ms. Allen-Leake supports A Safe Heaven, Montford Point Marine Association, Inc., and Concert for Homeless Veterans.
