Celebrating her 18^th year as owner and consultant for Oklahoma Expert Witness, Eva Jo Sparks continues to expand her expertise in fraud investigation. Oklahoma Expert Witness is a forensic consulting company that provides financial fraud examinations, white collar forensics, and forensic mortgage auditing and adjustable-rate mortgage. Mrs. Sparks has also served as an auditor in a government agency for five years.

Mrs. Sparks is an expert in health care fraud, predatory lending, and mortgage fraught. Throughout her work-week, she investigates white collar crimes, including financial and Medicare fraud through forensic accounting and investigations. Prior to joining Oklahoma Expert Witness, Mrs. Sparks worked as managing auditor at Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector, and a legal assistant at Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

The most gratifying aspect of Mrs. Sparks’ career is assisting pro se litigants who have been wrongfully cheated and have no means to assist themselves. She attributes her success to her positive attitude, hard work and honesty. Mrs. Sparks received a Bachelor of Science in pre-law from Oklahoma City University, with Cum Laude.
