Director of client operations at Pitney Bowes, Emily DiLeo continues to build her expertise in the consumer goods field, attributing her success to to being a self motivator, and proving herself when given the opportunities to take on new challenges, also being able to change with the times. She chose this career with Pitney Bowes as the carrier of the supply chain management area because of the acquisition management of their operations, and then her boss transition her to help make improvements, reduce cost and custom satisfaction. Ms. DiLeo’s biggest challenge is continuing to create innovative solutions at Pitney Bowes, which has given me new methods to make improvements, learn a new part of business, people, make improvements and help the people who are reluctant to make change.

As director of client operations at Pitney Bowes, Ms. DiLeo’s greatest strength is leadership, working with employees, teams, making adjustment techniques, feedback and employee engagement. She has an advanced degree in business from Catherine Gibson College, and earned a degree from Pace University. Her accomplishment is being able to lead manufacturing operations, working her way up and leading the manufacturing operations for more than four years. During her free-time, Ms. DiLeo enjoys being with family and friends, golf, outdoor activities, and gardening.
