For half her career, Donna Rees has been serving the manufacturing company, Mizkan Americas, Inc. There, she draws upon her greatest strength, which is training people and making them a part of the internal process, with effective team leadership and interpersonal skills. Ms. Rees began her career 21 years ago, but was initially in health care, so she obtained a degree in business, and it has been a natural profession for her since.

Ms. Rees supports OATH for outstanding American veterans, Kids Come First which provides shoes and other supplies needed for school and Balls without Borders which sends sports equipment to other countries for children to exercise and have fun. She would like to be remembered by the girls that she trained and how they remembered how she taught them to do a good job. Her greatest accomplishment to date is her four children who are productive members of society. During her free-time, Ms. Rees enjoys time with her nine grandchildren and going to all of their sporting events.
