Company: The Deneau Law Firm, PLLC
Location: Phoenix, Az.
Initially, Kindra Deneau wanted to become a therapist, as someone who always had a passion to help others, but found that she was better suited for a more proactive role in the legal field. She began as a paralegal and progressed her career into the entrepreneurial realm, opening The Deneau Law Firm, PLLC, where she “appreciates the diverse legal issues business owners and families often encounter in today’s complicated society.” There, she leads her team with strong and measured professional abilities to develop and implement methodically developed action plans, tailored for each client (with cost and optimization in mind). As legal principal of The Deneau Law Firm, PLLC, Ms. Deneau provides expertise in business and commercial law, non-compete agreements, employment law, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and leases.
Ms. Deneau attributes her success to her willingness to take on important issues, no matter how complex. She also draws from the education she earned at Arizona State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with honors, and later as a Law, Science and Technology Scholar with an intellectual property certificate for her studies in trademark, copyright, trade-secret and patent law. Between her two degrees, she worked for two years as a paralegal and discovered her passion for law. While in law school, she served as a law firm clerk writing for and researching business litigation cases, while assisting her husband with the operation of their family owned business, Apollo Vending, LLC, having sold this venture since opening The Deneau Law Firm, PLLC.
Since opening The Deneau Law Firm, PLLC, Ms. Deneau has handled, “numerous legal matters and lawsuits ranging from business transactions and disputes, complicated estate planning, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, partnership divorce, real property disputes, insurance defense, collection, construction defect, personal injury, wrongful death, etc.” By drawing upon her accounting abilities after co-running Apollo Vending, LLC, she combines her skills as a strong writer and client advocate to successfully litigate court cases, arbitration, and arbitration proceedings. Looking toward the future, Ms. Deneau intends on expanding the legal breadth and client base of the firm.
