Throughout 30 years of management consulting expertise, Dale Tucci is successful because she did not just go into it and did not establish it. She went into it to improve other professionals’ skills and work for dentists to help people reach their goals. She never lost focus on the reason she pursued the profession in the first place. Now, Ms. Tucci serves as chief executive officer of her firm, Tucci Management Consultants Inc.

When she first started, she was one of the few females in the industry. Establishing her business gave her the permission to make mistakes under the radar. Since she was not so big in the industry yet, it was okay and not so prevalent. Her greatest career achievement has been achieving sustainability, and her tenacity and passion are the reason why she has been in this business for so long. The highlight of Ms. Tucchi’s career is helping dental professionals achieve their goals.

Initially, Ms. Tucci became involved in her profession after starting as a dental assistant. Her employer, a periodontist, encouraged her to return to school to study hygiene. This proved not to be the path for her. He later suggested that she go into business working with other periodontist. In five years, Ms. Tucci hopes to turn the business over to a devoted and skilled person, or persons, who will continue to provide custom business solutions to dental professionals.
