Initially, Barbara Liberatore Black She became involved in her profession after starting her career in public relations. Down the hall from the office she worked in, she recognized a certain energy that came out of a real estate office, and it intrigued her. She eventually decided to obtain a real estate license. Now, she is in her 28^th year as founding principal at Cresa South Florida. Through the Miami real estate company, Ms. Liberatore Black expand her expertise in tenant representation to handled the real estate needs of corporate service companies.

Ms. Liberatore Black was previously a managing principal of Cresa Partners of Georgia LLC. She is one of four founding partners of Cresa nationally. During her career, Ms. Liberatore Black has completed hundreds of office lease transactions, totaling more than eight million square feet. She is an expert in law firm transactions, having represented more than 60 law firm transactions. Ms. Liberatore Black has also been the exclusive representative for many financial institutions, corporations and nonprofit organizations.

She is an executive committee member with the board of directors for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and has been board member of the CREW Miami since 1995. In five years, Ms. Liberatore Black aims for continued growth and development.
