Originally, Jeanne Rutigliano was in retailing, fashion merchandising and saw what the reps did, and their flexibility, and the freedom they had, and she saw it was what she really wanted. She wanted freedom in her schedule and Real Estate had the flexibility she was looking for, so she has been serving as an office manager and coach at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Ms. Rutigliano’s greatest strength is her calmness, she has a great deal of knowledge to share with others, she is a great motivator and recruiting agents and is able to develop and grow the business.

Ms. Rutigliano has a Bachelor of Science in retail and fashion merchandising. She did 60 hours of Principals and Practice and received her License as Real Estate Broker and has designations GRI Graduate Realtor Institute, and PSCS Professional Standards Certified Specialists. Looking toward the future, Ms. Rutigliano would like to see Real Estate agents being paid a salary, a lot of work and expense is incurred before getting paid and some of the clients change to different companies after the agent has incurred and doesn’t get any reimbursement.

Ms. Rutigliano attributes her success to believing in communicating with clients and always having a good network. Her advice to the younger generation: “Things are so different now that when I first got started 27 years ago. You must have a sphere of influence; a list of people you network with regularly.”
