Celebrating her first year as broker and owner of Barvian Realty, Tammy continues within her 14^th year of real estate services through the support of her husband and having personally worked with big real estate agencies. She has always been anxious to starter her own agency to provide more personal attention and services to clients, she has found that treating people as humans, rather than clients, whilst buying a house, treating them as her number one priority, she finds selling a house is less than finding the exact one for the people she helps. Ms. Barvian is open and honest with all the people she helps buy new homes, and as a result, receives a multitude of referrals.

Juggling her professional and personal life, as a wife and mother, has been the biggest challenge for Ms. Barvian, but having her husband as a partner of the realty, her difficulties are now becoming growing experiences in her nuclear relationships. Opening her family business has been her greatest accomplishment to date, and wouldn’t change a thing if she had the opportunity to go back. Ms. Barvian wants to be known as being very honest and respectful of others, while also being a devoted wife and business partner.
