For 27 years, Donella Brockington has been able to combine a few areas of her expertise and abilities to solve big problems for the state and local governments; now serving in her sixth year as a vice president for the information technology innovator, Xerox. Having been afforded great work opportunities and wonderful mentors, she prepared for her career by obtaining a Master’s of Urban Systems Engineering and my Bachelors of Arts in Math and Psychology. Ms. Brockington’s greatest strength is being able to galvanize a group of people to solve problems and challenges by using the right players and putting them in the right positions.

Ms. Brockington also participates as the Chair of the Posse DC Advisory Board which provides youth leadership development programs in the United States, Board Chair for the Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital and I am on the Board of Recreation for the Wish List Committee which supports tennis and other educational programs. She is very passionate about everything she does, both professionally and personally, with the intention to always move forward on a new path and growth. During her free-time, Ms. Brockington enjoys traveling, exercising, golf and tennis.
