In five years, Ms. Santos hopes to develop and expand her business.

The most gratifying aspect of Ms. Santos’ career is seeing the success of her children. She attributes her success to her honesty and customer service skills, and initially became involved in her profession because she was inspired by her husband’s administrative skills. Ms. Santos received a license in Virtual Population Analysis, a certification in Hazard Prediction and Assessment Capability, and certification from the Environmental Protection Agency.
