Tara Berman specializes in overseeing large enterprise and technically complex IT infrastructure programs. Providing on-time, within budget results for Enterprise IT Infrastructure design, implementation and integration projects, Ms. Berman delivers strategic planning and a proven ability to independently assess, plan, execute process-driven solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Her professionalism is illustrated by her technical competence, enterprise perspective, and communication skills. As an on-site Technical Delivery Manager and former IT Task Lead, Ms. Berman controls multiple simultaneous projects with aggressive timelines and strict budgets.

With over 17 years of experience in Information Technology, Ms. Berman brings a wealth of valuable experience in data center infrastructure delivery for government agencies and U.S. Military such as U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, the Department of Homeland Security and the United States Coast Guard. Ms. Berman’s experience within the commercial Industry includes managing the build out, implementation, maintenance and support of the IT Infrastructure for a large Geo-spatial customer’s processing of satellite data/imaging for the commercial market. As a former Technical Project Manager supporting the DHS Customs & Border Protection Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) team and Systems Integration Management Branch (SIMB), Ms. Berman managed the build out of land border systems’ supporting IT infrastructure and ensured projects were in alignment with enterprise architecture.

At the USCG, Ms. Berman supports the Financial Management Service Improvement Initiative. The experience supporting U.S. Government, Military and the Commercial market makes Ms. Berman uniquely capable of optimizing and improving the delivery of IT solutions, managing teams of engineers, coordinating stakeholders and providing on-going support for mission critical IT infrastructure projects.
