For the past six years, she has helped the manufacturer provide progressive lenses and molds for eyeglasses, communicating the needs of consumers, opticians, optometrists, ophthalmologists and the lab vendors. Ms. Benson-Gibson also manages account executives and ensures all facets of the company are providing top-quality services and products.

In 2008, Ms. Benson-Gibson earned Top 50 Most Influential Woman within the Optical Women’s Association, and educator of the year through Vision Council of America that year prior. She attributes her success to passion for learning and the profession itself, as she initially became involved in her profession to make a difference in peoples’ lives. Ms. Benson-Gibson is certified by The American Board of Optometry and Certified National Contact Lens Educator.
