Having spent half of her career as a operations manager for Allstate Insurance, Cessaly Hutchinson continues as operations manager of the insurance agency in Decatur, Ga. There, she does general sales, direct selling to current and new customers, manages collections, explains bills, and fills out claims. Ms. Hutchinson also handles ordering large and small customer collections.

Ms. Hutchinson attributes her success to God, her grandmother, and father who came out of Atlanta. Initially, she became involved in her profession because she was fascinated by numbers and sales insurance. In five years, Ms. Hutchinson intends to finish her design and build her own house by the ocean.

Ms. Hutchinson received a law degree from Georgetown University in 1982. Since then, she has kept abreast of changes in her field through her memberships with the Association of Humanitarian Lawyers and Beta Gamma Sigma, Inc. During her free-time, she supports Safe Kids Now and National Alliance for Family Court Justice.
