Beginning her career at LDW Inc & Shore Communications in 1989, Michelle Fera advanced in her position there, eventually obtaining vice president of administration. After 15 years with LDW Inc & Shore Communications, she took her role as vice president of administration and moved it to Vitel Communications, LLC for a year before opening up RAD Communications, Inc. a little more than nine years ago. There, she provides cable and contractor services in and around Yardley, Penn.

As an expert in cable and contractor services provisions, she provides hands-on work with her co-workers, oversees the general billing and budgeting, maintains employee relations, and handles payroll. She attributes her success to a lot of luck, hard work, and staying in the business for as long as she has. To keep abreast of changes in her profession, she holds membersips with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and NJSB. In the coming years, Ms. Fera will expand into other fields.
