Retiring 32 years in the physical therapy arena, Jacqueline LaColla finished off her career as director of rehabilitation in the Manhattan division of Jewish Home Lifecare. There, she built up her expertise in geriatric physical therapy, providing staff oversight, clinical education coordination, and managing various projects. Ms. LaColla dedicated herself to the nonprofit organization to provide long-term, residential and adult day care services, including skilled nursing facilities, life-care services for the elderly, and social and community services.
The highlight of Ms. LaColla’s career was receiving her license in nursing home administration. She attributes her success to her dedication, work ethic, passion for her profession, and to the support she receives from her father.
