With an early passion for providing a service and working with people, Cynthia M. Ruggiero has excelled as a licensed real estate agent with RE/MAX Heritage Properties for the past 24 years. She primarily sells real estate in northwest New Jersey and the Long Valley Washington Township area.
Growing up in a family-run business, Ms. Ruggiero received an early taste for customer service. “I love people and work,” she says. “I’m inspired by the people whom I help purchase or list their homes.” She believes her greatest attributes are her ability to solve any problem her clients face and always offering them more than they anticipate.
As a successful woman in the real estate industry, Ms. Ruggiero believes her success stems from her confidence and perseverance. She also had an upper-hand by entering the industry at a very young age, so she learned early on how to be a thriving real estate agent. She is skilled in networking and obtains many referrals through her various contacts. Due to her achievements, Ms. Ruggiero has been ranked as the #17 Agent for RE/MAX of New Jersey, as a Five-Star Real Estate Agent (which she has won for four consecutive years), an NJAR Circle of Excellence Platinum and a RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award and Hall of Fame induction.
Ms. Ruggiero’s advice to young women entering the workforce is to “stay true to yourself. B e educated within your field. Do things for free in order for you to gain knowledge, such as doing the jobs no one else would take on without getting paid for them. Set parameters; be assertive without being aggressive.”
Looking ahead, Ms. Ruggiero plans on bringing in more buyers’ agents, working with them as a mentor and referring them business. She also enjoys educating buyers and sellers about the local market that they are dealing with. For more information about Ms. Ruggiero, please visit www.cindyfield.com.
