Initially, Bridget McGann became involved in her profession after her mother passed away, and used her experiences to begin her now 18-year career in home heal care. For the past eight years, she has served as director of LBHomeRespite in Newbridge, Kildare, providing depth and expertise in health care organizational services. Throughout her work-week, Ms. McGann oversees all the daily business operations while maintaining health care for the company’s private clientele.

Ms. McGann believes having a multitude of patience is important for everyone’s success (including hers) because nothing ever happens quickly in her profession; drawing from experience, time, and never expecting fast results has always brought her success. She obtained a business certificate in 2003, and a Certificate for a Volunteer Advocacy Program in 2013. In five years, Ms. McGann intends to continue on the same path.
